При гомозиготному носійстві 677-ТТ і рівнях ендотеліну >10 нг/мл, СОМР >595 нг/мл, СРП >6 мг/л прогнозують розвиток остеоартрозу.The method of predicting the development of osteoarthritis includes a clinical examination, radiography.
