Додатково в сироватці крові хворого визначають поліморфізм гена синтази оксиду азоту (eNOS T786C), вміст ендотеліну, фолієвої кислоти, С-реактивного протеїну (СРП), інтерлейкіну 6 (ІЛ-6) і при гомозиготному носійстві 786-СС, рівнях ендотеліну >10 нг/мл, фолієвої кислоти <6 нг/мл, СРП >6 мг/л, ІЛ-6 >10 нг/л прогнозують розвиток остеоартрозу.A method for predicting the development of osteoarthritis, in which a clinical examination, radiography. Встановлено гомозиготне носійство 786-СС, рівні ендотеліну - 24 нг/мл, фолієвої кислоти - 3,7 нг/мл, СРП - 17 мг/л, ІЛ-6 - 26 нг/л. Діагностовано розвиток остеоартрозу.
