Abstract
The method of application of micronutrient preparations in cattle includes the introduction of drugs that remove from the liver of cattle deposited radionuclides, "heavy" metals, unclaimed micronutrients, as well as the feeding of micronutrient drugs. Glauber's salt (sodium sulfate 10-aqueous) is used for preliminary active strengthening of bile secretion by a liver by free feeding in the form of 0,5-2,5% of solution, at the rate of 0,3-0,7 g / kg of weight of an animal within 1-7 days, after which the premix is fed with trace elements.
Description
The useful model belongs to the technology of dairy farming, auxiliary feed factors that can be used to maintain the natural resistance and mineral exchange of cows and calves in order to obtain high qualitative and quantitative indicators of productivity.
Проблема якості та кількості продукції, що отримується від великої рогатої худоби, це проблема складності корекції технологічних чинників на всіх його стадіях, особливо для високопродуктивних порід і у першу чергу: проблема збалансованої годівлі в умовах таких біогеохімічних провінцій, як Полісся Житомирщини, з низьким умістом рухомих форм мікроелементів (марганцю, цинку, кобальту, міді, йоду).The problem of the quality and quantity of products obtained from cattle is the problem of the difficulty of correcting technological factors at all its stages, especially for highly productive breeds, and first of all: the problem of balanced feeding in the conditions of such biogeochemical provinces as the Polyssia of Zhytomyr region, with a low content of mobile forms of trace elements (manganese, zinc, cobalt, copper, iodine).
(1-5|.Another problem is the contamination of fodder, which occurs in a number of areas of Polissia during the transfer of radionuclides and "heavy" metals from the soil through the food chain into the animal's body, as a result of the man-made load on agroecosystems when using cheap mineral fertilizers contaminated with "heavy" metals, as well as emissions : industrial, transport, household, others. At the same time, the problem of an overloaded liver was created due to the deposition of "heavy" metals, radionuclides and even trace elements in it. The hematological parameters of the blood worsen, the digestive system is suppressed, the resistance, productivity of animals and the quality of the obtained products decrease (1-5|.
(6-81.It is known to increase the resistance and productivity of animals in conditions of pollution by "heavy" metals and radionuclides by: 1. Introduction of competitors of radionuclides - preparations of microelements into the rations of farm animals (6-81.
(10-13)But at the same time, the kinetics of removal of radionuclides and "heavy" metals deposited in the liver is slow, and the subsequent introduction of trace elements into the diet continues the unjustified burden on the liver. 2. Removal of "heavy" metals from the body by binding with pectins |9|: 3. Use of natural adsorbents with the properties of ion exchangers, which adsorb cations of "heavy" metals in the gastrointestinal tract and, due to the presence of macro- and microelements, enrich the last rations (10-13)
But the use of expensive pectins and zeolites in cattle is not economically justified.
Trace elements are contained in small amounts in the composition of kaolin and alunite, so it is necessary to use technologically unrealistic amounts of the latter to meet the needs of animals in mineral substances.
(171.Adsorbents (zeolites, kaolin, alunite) together with "heavy" metals and radionuclides simultaneously remove nutrients (proteins, vitamins, trace elements, etc.) from the body. 4. Application of complexes with trace elements in the form of solutions for injections. At the same time, microelements bypass the liver with the blood flow, without burdening it, but at the same time material and labor costs increase sharply (14-16). 5. Protection of the liver when using trace elements with hydrohumate - a plant growth regulator of humic origin, which has the ability to form water-soluble chelates with trace elements and quickly remove them from the animal's liver (171.
However, the removal of chelates of microelements occurs intensively not only from the liver, the content of microelements also decreases unreasonably quickly in organs and tissues, depriving the body of an irreplaceable mineral resource.
The basis of a useful model is the task of developing a method of using trace element preparations in cattle, which provides protection of the liver from radionuclides, "heavy" metals and unnecessary trace elements at minimal cost.
The task is solved by introducing drugs that remove deposited radionuclides, "heavy" metals, unwanted microelements from the liver of cattle, as well as feeding microelement preparations and, according to a useful model, Glauber's salt (sodium sulfate 10-water) by free drinking in the form of a 0.5-2.5 95 solution, at the rate of 0.3-0.7 g/kg of the animal's weight for 1-7 days, after which the premix with trace elements is fed.
The application of microelement preparations in cattle contributes to the preliminary release of the liver from deposited radionuclides, "heavy" metals, and other toxic substances, their removal from the liver together with bile and further from the body through the intestines. At the same time, Glauber's salt solution strengthens the tone and secretion of the gastrointestinal tract, especially the formation and secretion of bile, helps to restore the functional activity of the liver before feeding microelement preparations, which then in the organs and tissues show the properties of competitors of "heavy" metals and radionuclides.
Technical result: 1. The negative impact of radionuclides and "heavy" metals on the liver decreases when feeding microelement preparations. 2. Digestion is stimulated. 3. Metabolism improves. 4. A stimulating effect on the animal's immune status is ensured. 5. The picture of the morphological composition of the blood is positively corrected. 6. The activation of vitamins B:, B", and Ve in the liver improves. 7. The content of residual nitrogen, albumin and creatinine in blood serum is normalized. 8. Proliferation, differentiation, and specialization of T-lymphocytes and their subpopulations are activated. 10. The course of pregnancy is normalized. 11. The conservation of animals and their productive qualities are increasing. 12. Material costs are significantly reduced.
The possibility of implementing a useful model is confirmed by the presence of deposits of Glauber's salt (mirabilite) in Ukraine, where it is registered and used in veterinary medicine.
According to the useful model, Glauber's salt is used - a mineral of natural origin, which additionally contains small amounts of useful minerals: potassium, magnesium, others, depending on the deposit; or artificial (sodium sulfate) origin. This is a crystal hydrate with 55.91 95 water.
First, prepare a 0.5-2.5 95 solution of Glauber's salt in drinking water, depending on the duration of the course of use. So, 0.5 95 solution is used longer - up to 7 days, 2.5 95 solution - up to 3 days. Daily doses for animals are also calculated depending on body weight (0.3-0.7 g/kg of animal weight) and further - calculation of the volume of the finished solution for each animal per day.
Start drinking with lower concentrations, observe the condition of the animals and, in the absence of undesirable reactions, increase the concentration of the solution and the duration of use.
З Introduction of Glauber's salt solution is carried out by free drinking in a group method with the selection of animals (cows, calves) or individually.
After that, they conduct a course of feeding microelement preparations to animals.
Example.
A group of cows in the amount of 8 heads with an approximate weight of 450 kg each.
Glauber's salt is used in the form of a 0.5 95 solution at the rate of 0.3 g/kg of animal weight.
First, the total weight of the animals of the group is calculated, which is: 450 kg x 8 heads - 3600 kg.
Next, the daily dose of sodium sulfate (Glauber salt anhydrous) is calculated for a group of animals: 3600 kg x 0.0003 kg/kg - 1.08 kg. Since Glauber's 10-water salt contains 55.91 95 of water, its 1 kg by weight consists of 0.5591 kg of water and 0.4409 kg of sodium sulfate.
Then determine the mass of 0.5 9o solution: If 100 kg of solution contains 0.5 kg of sodium sulfate; then in X kg of solution - 1.08 kg of sodium sulfate.
XA (100 kg x 1.08 kg): 0.5 kg - 216 kg of solution.
The calculations are completed by adding up the proportion to determine the amount of Glauber's salt 10-aqueous, which must be taken to make a 0.5 95 solution: if 1 kg of Glauber's salt 10-aqueous contains 0.4409 kg of sodium sulfate; then X kg of Glauber's 10-water salt contains 1.08 kg of sodium sulfate.
The salt solution is prepared by the mass-volume method adopted in drug technology, where solids are weighed by mass, and water and ready-made solutions are measured by volume. Add a portion of water to the container (at least 230 liters), weigh 2.45 kg of Glauber's 10-water salt, stir until it dissolves, and add water to a volume of 216 liters.
Next, the access of animals to drinking water is excluded and access to Glauber's salt solution is provided for 3 days, after which access to drinking water is restored and the introduction of "Microelement premix for feeding dry cows in conditions of constantly acting small doses of radiation after the accident at the Chernobyl NPP" IV) . The premix is fed with fodder at a daily dose of 0.2 g per 100 kg of cow's live weight. At the same time: if 0.2 g of premix is required per 100 kg of live weight of a cow; then per 450 kg of live weight of a cow - x g of premix
Weigh out 0.9 g of the premix, gradually add the bran filler to it with constant stirring. The resulting mixture is divided into two equal parts and each is given with food during the day with an interval of 12 hours. The process lasts for a month, after which they take a break and then the process is repeated, starting with drinking a solution of Glauber's salt and then - introducing a premix with trace elements.
