Abstract

Спосіб одержання алілтіосечовин на основі спіроциклічного гідразопохідного флуоресцеїну передбачає операцію алкілування вихідного продукту алілізотіоціанатом в толуолі при нагріванні. До суспензії спіроциклічного гідразопохідного флуоресцеїну в толуолі додають алілізотіоціанат у співвідношенні 1:1,1 до вихідної сполуки. Здійснюють синтез при енергійному перемішуванні та кип'ятінні. По закінченні реакції (контроль за допомогою ТШХ, елюєнт:етанол) розчин випарюють досуха, залишок кип'ятять з етанолом та ідентифікують одержану речовину як 1-{3',6'-дигідрокси-3-оксо-2,3-дигідроспіро[ізоіндол-1,9'-ксантен]-2-іл}-3-(проп-2-ен-1-іл)-тіосечовини.A method for producing allylthioureas on the basis of spirocyclic hydrazine fluorescein involves the operation of alkylation of the starting product with allyl isothiocyanate in toluene when heated. At the end of the reaction (TLC control, eluent: ethanol) the solution was evaporated to dryness, the residue was boiled with ethanol and the resultant was identified as 1- {3 ', 6'-dihydroxy-3-oxo-2,3-dihydrospiro [isoindole -1,9'-xanthen] -2-yl} -3- (prop-2-en-1-yl) -thiourea.
