Abstract
Модульна заглибна насосна установка містить множину сегментів, що встановлюють у стволі свердловини. Додатково виконана у вигляді поміщених в окремі корпуси модулів, з'єднаних за рахунок рознімного з'єднання з утворенням єдиної маслонаповненої системи, яка містить модуль плунжерного насоса, модуль лінійного електродвигуна, а також модулі гідрокомпенсатора і телеметрії. Модулі лінійного електродвигуна і гідрокомпенсатора містять блоки гідромеханічних демпферів верхньої і нижньої крайніх точок ходу рухомої частини лінійного електродвигуна, модуль плунжерного насоса, оснащений лабіринтовою системою газосепарації і пов'язаний з вказаною рухомою частиною, за рахунок центруючого елемента, що проходить крізь порожнину гідромеханічного демпфера верхньої крайньої точки. Модуль лінійного електродвигуна механічно зв'язаний з модулем гідрокомпенсатора, виконаним з можливістю уповільнення його рухомої частини, за рахунок вбудованого гідромеханічного демпфера нижньої крайньої точки, а також з можливістю контролю рівня масла в системі і електрично зв'язаний з модулем телеметрії, елементи якої захищені від впливу вологи і вібрації.The modular submersible pump unit contains a plurality of segments that are mounted in the wellbore. The linear motor module is mechanically coupled to a hydrocompensator module configured to slow its movable part due to the integrated hydromechanical damper of the lower end point, as well as to control the oil level in the system and electrically coupled to the telemetry module the effects of moisture and vibration.
