Заявлений винахід належить до медицини, зокрема до фізіотерапевтичних пристроїв, виконаних у вигляді голчастого аплікатора, призначеного для фізіотерапевтичного впливу на рефлексогенні зони тіла людини. Голчастий аплікатор для рефлексотерапії включає еластичну основу, виконану з виступами, симетрично розташованими на протилежних сторонах еластичної основи, голки, що виконані у вигляді загострених стрижнів з потовщеннями, вістря яких виступають за межі еластичної основи з утворенням робочої сторони аплікатора, а також посадочні гнізда, що виконані в еластичній основі уздовж загальних осей протилежних виступів, в які встановлені зазначені голки.
