Abstract

Спосіб моделювання інфекції у лабораторних тварин включає зараження культурою P. aeruginosa з концентрацією мікробних тіл. Моделювання інфікованої опікової рани IIIб ступеня у лабораторної тварини здійснюють на попередньо термічно ураженій шкірі за допомогою пристрою для моделювання опікової хвороби. Зараження лабораторної тварини збудником інфекції здійснюють шляхом нашкірної інокуляції в зону опіку культури P. aeruginosa, яка отримана від хворого з опіками, з концентрацією не менше 1,5*108 KУО/мл. На другу добу вводять аналогічну дозу збудника під опіковий струп.
