Abstract
The method for production cortical colony - forming of adrenal glands of man and animals includes gland sampling, division and enzymatic treatment of the divided gland with following selection of cells. Before enzymatic treatment the divided gland is maintained 12-15 h at the 4-6 °C in a medium 199 with 0,25 % of tripsin solution, taken in correlation of 1:1, in the presence of 5 % bovine serum.
