Abstract
При способі фіксації автодермотрансплантата срібно-мідним адаптером проводиться хірургічна обробка ранової поверхні, яка готується до пластичного закриття автодермотрансплантатом. Після забору шкірного трансплантата з донорської ділянки автоклапоть кладуть на підготовлену ранову поверхню і дещо притискають. Зверху автодермотрансплантат фіксують стерильним срібно-мідним адаптером, поверх якого накладають стерильний бинт для всмоктування виділень з рани.When the method of fixing the autodermotransplant with a silver-copper adapter, surgical treatment of the wound surface is performed, which is prepared for plastic closure with the autodermotransplant. Мідь є складовою частиною білків плазми крові, сприяє росту і розвитку, бере участь у кровотворенні, імунних реакціях, а сполуки міді в формі сультату діють бактеростатично, протигрибково, антитоксично, підвищують загальну резистентність організму. Здоровій дорослій людині необхідне надходження міді у кількості 1-2 мг щодня. Спосіб застосовують наступним чином: проводиться хірургічна обробка ранової поверхні, яка готується до пластичного закриття автодермотрансплантатом, після забору шкірного трансплантата з донорської ділянки автоклапоть кладуть на підготовлену ранову поверхню і дещо притискають, зверху автодермотрансплантат фіксують стерильним срібно-мідним адаптером, поверх якого накладають стерильний бинт для всмоктування виділень з рани.The task is solved by applying a silver-copper adapter to the graft, which allows to fix and adapt the graft, and to create permanent bacteriostatic and antifungal conditions for graft implantation.
