Abstract

Котел опалювальний комбінований містить корпус, ємність для нагрівання води в системі опалення з системою водогрійних труб, вхідний та вихідний патрубки, що з'єднані з останньою та системою опалення, систему спалювання палива, систему подачі повітря в зону горіння та систему видалення відпрацьованих газів. Система спалювання палива виконана у вигляді окремих топки для твердого палива та топки для газу. Система подачі повітря в зону горіння виконана з двох систем, перша з яких пристосована для потреб топки для твердого палива у вигляді піддувала і шибера з можливістю регулювання об'єму подачі повітря, а друга система пристосована для потреб топки для газу і виконана з отворів для повітря. При цьому топка для твердого палива та топка для газу забезпечені кожна своїм комплексом водогрійних труб, які виконані в ємності для нагрівання води та з'єднані в єдину теплообмінну систему, а система видалення диму виконана для кожної топки окремо. Крім цього газоходи систем видалення диму виконані з можливістю забезпечення доступу до внутрішнього простору водогрійних труб для чищення останніх від сажі.The combined heating boiler comprises a housing, a tank for heating water in a heating system with a water pipe system, inlet and outlet pipes connected to the last and a heating system, a fuel combustion system, an air supply system to the combustion zone and a exhaust gas removal system. The fuel combustion system is made in the form of separate furnace for solid fuel and furnace for gas. The system of air supply to the combustion zone is made of two systems, the first of which is adapted for the needs of the furnace for solid fuel in the form of a blower and a gate valve with the possibility of adjusting the volume of air supply, and the second system is adapted for the needs of the furnace for gas and is made of air openings . The solid fuel and gas furnaces are each provided with their own set of water pipes, which are made in a tank for heating water and are connected in a single heat exchange system, and the smoke removal system is made for each furnace separately. In addition, the gases of the smoke removal systems are designed to provide access to the internal space of the water pipes to clean the latter from soot.
