aАпаратно-програмний комплекс містить електронні пристрої користувачів комплексу, оснащені спеціалізованим програмним забезпеченням та виконані з можливістю відправки через мережу Інтернет екстрених викликів. Кожен з яких включає персональні дані користувача комплексу, тип небезпечної для користувача комплексу або інших осіб події, яка сталася або може статися, зображення місця події, при цьому комплекс виконаний із можливістю визначення місцезнаходження користувачів комплексу, які відправили екстрені виклики, засобами системи GPS або іншими. Комплекс включає щонайменше один диспетчерський центр правоохоронного органу із щонайменше одним комп'ютерним пристроєм диспетчеру, оснащеним спеціалізованим програмним забезпеченням та виконаним з можливістю прийняття екстрених викликів, зворотного зв'язку з електронними пристроями користувачів комплексу та зв'язку з електронними пристроями правоохоронців. Електронні пристрої правоохоронців оснащеними спеціалізованим програмним забезпеченням та виконаними з можливістю зв'язку з електронними пристроями користувачів комплексу, з яких надійшли екстрені виклики. Комплекс містить "хмарний" сервер з Інтернет-сайтом. Виконаний з можливістю зв'язку з електронними пристроями користувачів комплексу та щонайменше одним диспетчерським центром правоохоронного органу, зберігання та обробки персональних даних, отримання та обробки екстрених викликів користувачів комплексу, надання персональних даних користувачів комплексу та даних правоохоронців на вимогу користувачам комплексу, диспетчерському центру правоохоронного органу та правоохоронцям відповідно. Електронні пристрої користувачів комплексу виконані з можливістю відправки з використанням протоколу HTTPS та/або засобами зв'язку GSM екстрених викликів. Кожен з яких включає фотографію, яка дозволяє ідентифікувати особистість користувача комплексу, який надсилає екстрений виклик, та з можливістю перегляду електронної мапи із зазначеними на ній відділеннями правоохоронних органів, медичних закладів, місцезнаходження підрозділів правоохоронних органів.
