Abstract

Змішувач сипких матеріалів містить раму, на якій змонтовано корпус, та привод. Всередині корпуса передбачені перегородки, якими він розділений на робочі камери змінного об'єму з днищами у вигляді рухомих поличок, причому усі рухомі полички, крім бокових, утворені двома похилими гранями та в перерізі мають форму рівнобедреного трикутника з вершиною доверху, а бокові рухомі полички утворені однією гранню, яка нахилена всередину корпуса, крім того, всередині корпуса розміщено два однакових колінчастих вали з можливістю синхронного обертання в одну сторону від привода, а також які з'єднані за допомогою шатунів з рухомими поличками, чим забезпечено зворотно-поступальний рух останніх між перегородками.The bulk material mixer contains the frame on which the housing is mounted and the actuator.
