Abstract
Винахід належить до способів, які забезпечують комплексну термомодернізацію будівель та споруд шляхом одночасного об'єднання технічних та технологічних рішень з утеплення фасаду термомодернізованої будівлі чи споруди та заміни (реконструкції) його системи опалення. У запропонованому способі комплексної термомодернізації будівель і споруд здійснюють аналіз технічного стану, а також енергетичний аудит термомодернізованої будівлі, виявляючи місця негерметичності будівельної конструкції. Далі здійснюють проектування окремих елементів та всієї системи комплексної термомодернізації будівель і споруд у складі системи фасадного утеплення зовнішніх стін будівель і споруд, а також системи центрального водяного опалення приміщень будівель і споруд. Встановлюють конструктивно-технологічний взаємозв'язок між окремими елементами системи і здійснюють компонування всієї системи комплексної термомодернізації будівель і споруд у цілому, після чого здійснюють комплексну термомодернізацію будівель та споруд шляхом здійснення монтажу на існуючій будівлі елементів системи комплексної термомодернізації. Систему еквівалентної фасадної теплоізоляції зовнішніх стін будівель і споруд виконують у вигляді вентильованого фасаду, або одно- чи багатошарової конструкції утеплювача, або у вигляді "мокрого" фасаду. Систему центрального водяного опалення проектують з можливістю вертикального та послідовного підключення по стояку через запірно-регулюючу арматуру опалювальних приладів, розташованих в опалювальних приміщеннях, і підключених до системи центрального водяного опалення через термостатичні крани, а також у складі існуючих трубопроводів системи центрального водяного опалення. Систему центрального водяного опалення з вертикальним підключенням опалювальних приладів підключають з верхньою або нижньою розводкою до джерела тепла, яке, в свою чергу, підключають до місцевої або центральної теплової мережі за залежною або незалежною схемою. При монтажі елементів системи комплексної термомодернізації будівель і споруд одночасно здійснюють процеси з теплоізоляції фасаду будівель і споруд та одночасної заміни існуючих трубопроводів системи центрального водяного опалення, систему комплексної термомодернізації будівель і споруд проектують та виконують у складі нових транзитних трубопроводів системи центрального водяного опалення, які монтують за двотрубною схемою підключення і розміщують у нових штробах, які попередньо виконують у шарі еквівалентної фасадної теплоізоляції з боку її кріплення до існуючої зовнішньої стіни, або в існуючій стіні з боку її кріплення до еквівалентної фасадної теплоізоляції термомодернізуємої будівлі. Нові транзитні трубопроводи двотрубної системи центрального водяного опалення з шаром еквівалентної трубної теплоізоляції спільно з усіма зовнішніми стінами термомодернізованої будівлі покривають шаром еквівалентної фасадної теплоізоляції.The invention relates to methods that provide complex thermo-modernization of buildings and structures by simultaneously combining technical and technological solutions for the insulation of the façade of a thermo-modernized building or structure and replacement (reconstruction) of its heating system. In the proposed method of complex thermo-modernization of buildings and structures carry out an analysis of the technical condition, as well as the energy audit of the thermo-modernized building, revealing places of leakage of the building structure. Next, the design of individual elements and the entire system of complex thermal modernization of buildings and structures within the system of facade insulation of the outer walls of buildings and structures, as well as the system of central water heating of premises of buildings and structures. Establish a structural-technological relationship between individual elements of the system and make the layout of the entire system of complex thermal modernization of buildings and structures as a whole, and then carry out a complex thermal modernization of buildings and structures by mounting on the existing building elements of the complex thermal modernization system. The system of equivalent facade thermal insulation of the exterior walls of buildings and structures is performed in the form of a ventilated facade, or a single or multilayer insulation, or in the form of a "wet" facade. The central water heating system is designed to be vertically and sequentially connected to the riser through the shut-off valves of the heating appliances located in the heating rooms and connected to the central water heating system through thermostatic taps, as well as in the existing pipelines of the central water system. The system of central water heating with vertical connection of heating appliances is connected with the top or bottom wiring to a heat source, which, in turn, is connected to the local or central heat network by a dependent or independent scheme. During the installation of elements of the complex thermal modernization of buildings and structures simultaneously carry out the processes of thermal insulation of the facade of buildings and structures and simultaneously replace the existing pipelines of the system of central water heating, the system of complex thermal modernization of buildings and structures design and perform in the composition of new transit pipelines two-pipe connection scheme and placed in the new strobe, which is previously performed in the layer of equivalent facade insulation these from the side of its attachment to the existing exterior wall, or in the existing wall from the side of its attachment to the equivalent facade thermal insulation of a thermomodernizable building. The new transit pipelines of the two-pipe central water heating system with a layer of equivalent pipe thermal insulation together with all the outer walls of the thermomodernized building cover a layer of equivalent facade thermal insulation.
