Description
The useful model belongs to the field of medicine, namely to general surgery, to purulent surgery, and can be used in the surgical treatment of wound defects with damage to the skin and adjacent tissues in the stage of hydration of the wound process.
(1 - 21.The known method is as follows: in the hydration stage, organosilicon sorbents are used in the form of powder, which are applied to the wound surface and fixed with an aseptic bandage, which is additionally treated with an antiseptic solution, the bandage is changed daily (1 - 21.
The disadvantage of the known method is the impossibility of providing conditions for optimal drainage of the deep parts of the wound defect, because the correct removal of wound contents in the hydration stage accelerates healing, reduces the number of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, insignificant deposition of the active substance in the wound defect and in the surrounding (affected) tissues. Water-soluble vitamin B7 is not used to stimulate redox and metabolic processes and optimize fat metabolism.
The basis of a useful model is the task of creating a method of galvanizing wound defects with vitamin B7, which would provide conditions for optimal drainage of deep parts of the wound defect, thanks to the treatment of wound defects with water-based antiseptic solutions with the addition of organosilicon sorbent and water-soluble vitamin B7 and 1.5-hour exposure to early galvanization.
The task is solved by the fact that the method of treating wound defects in the stage of hydration, according to a useful model, is that wound defects are first treated with dry sterile napkins, maximally adsorbing the wound contents, then the wound is treated with sterile napkins moistened with an aqueous solution of chlorhexidine, after treatment wound defects, the wound is covered with a sterile napkin moistened with chlorhexidine with a mixture of organosilicon sorbent, the upper napkin is moistened with a water-soluble vitamin
B7 in a daily dose, do galvanization of the affected area at a current density of 0.025 mA/cm? during 1.5 hours, carried out by the "Potok-1" apparatus, anode (positive electrode); during electroplating, it is placed over a napkin covering the wound defects, and the cathode (negative electrode) is placed under the affected area (extremity), the procedure is performed once a day, during the hydration phase of the wound process, which significantly reduces the pain of patients,
As a result, the length of stay of patients in inpatient treatment is reduced by 4.2-0.3 bed-days.
Анод, позитивний електрод під час гальванізації розміщують над серветкою, що вкриває ранові дефекти, а катод, негативний електрод, розміщують під ураженою ділянкою (кінцівкою).The method is carried out as follows: wound defects are first treated with dry sterile napkins, maximally adsorbing the wound contents, then the wound is treated with sterile napkins moistened with an aqueous solution of chlorhexidine. After treatment of wound defects, the wound is covered with a sterile napkin moistened with chlorhexidine with a mixture of organosilicon sorbent. The upper napkin is moistened with water-soluble vitamin B7 in a daily dose. The next stage is parallel electroplating of the affected area at a current density of 0.025 mA/cm2 for 1.5 hours, which is carried out by the "Potok-1" device. During electroplating, the anode, the positive electrode, is placed above the tissue covering the wound defects, and the cathode, the negative electrode, is placed under the affected area (extremity).
The use of water-soluble vitamin B7 improves the metabolism of proteins and fats, optimizes the level of sugar in the blood. Conducting galvanization improves the deposition of antiseptic in the surrounding tissue of the wound, improves microcirculation in the tissues and reduces microbial contamination of discharge from the wound, shortens the course of the phases of the wound process. Also, galvanization of wound defects prevents drying of the wound, inhibiting the formation of a sorbent film on the surface of the wound. This procedure is performed once a day, during the hydration phase of the wound process.
Therefore, the proposed method of treating wound defects in the hydration stage improves the deposition of antiseptic and vitamin B7 in the wound tissue, stimulates redox and metabolic processes, optimizes fat metabolism, improves microcirculation in the affected tissues, reduces microbial contamination of secretions from the wound, after the galvanization procedure for 2 -4 hours, patients' pain sensations are significantly reduced, and the length of stay of patients in inpatient treatment is reduced by 4.2--0.3 bed-days.
