Abstract
Method for determination of activity of thymosin includes separation of human lymphocytes, incubation of lymphocytes with thymosin in different concentrations and addition of erythrocytes with following determination of activity of thymosin by quantity of rosette-forming cells at minimal concentration of thymosin. To increase accuracy of the method separation of lymphocytes if carried out from peripheral blood and after incubation of those with thymosin one adds mouth erythrocytes.
