Abstract
Спосіб виробництва сталі в агрегатах рідкофазного відновлення заліза включає термічний вплив на залізорудну сировину. Залізорудну сировину завантажують разом з вугіллям і добавками в плавильно-відновлювальний реактор-газифікатор, де під дією високої температури піддають відновленню. При цьому відновлення руди і навуглецювання металу здійснюють у шарі вугілля. Після цього навуглецьоване залізо розплавляють і подають через шар вугілля і шлаку, потім утворений в плавильному реакторі шлак видаляють з робочого об'єму, чавун обробляється струменями кисню спрямованими на шар металу через додаткові фурми, і призводять його обезвуглецювання і перетворення в сталь.The method of production of steel in the units of liquid-phase iron recovery involves a thermal effect on iron ore.
