Abstract
A method for predicting long-term variants of juvenile arthritis involves determining clinical and laboratory parameters. After that, patients with JRA are examined for the first year and determine the following parameters: age of onset in months (X1), number of affected joints in the debut of the disease (X2), duration of morning stiffness in minutes (X3), radiological stage of the disease at the time of diagnosis disease (X4), the maximum value of HSE in mm / min (X5), PSA in g / l (X6), the presence of rheumatoid factor (no - 1, is - 2) (X7), the period of appointment of methotrexate from the first signs of the disease in months (X8), its effectiveness (is - 1, no - 2) (X9), then calculate the pr forecast of the nature of long-term JURA course (more than ten years) according to the following formula: number of points = 5,95 + 0,02 × Х1-0,08 × Х2 + 0,01 × Х3 + 0,48 × Х4-0,03 × Х5 + 0,01 × X6-2,00 × X7 + 0,01 × X8-0,23 × X9 (p <0,04) and determine the variants of long-term course of JRA: remission (up to 2 points), stabilization of the pathological process (from 2 to 3 points) - as favorable, and repeated exacerbations of the pathological process without the progression of destructive changes in the joints (3 to 4 points), the progression of the disease with an increase in radiological changes in the joints that characterize their destruction (more than 4 points) - as unfavorable left.
