Abstract

Ортез на плечовий суглоб належить до медицини, зокрема до медичної техніки, і може бути використаний при лікуванні посттравматичних патологій верхніх кінцівок на рівні плечової кістки. Ортез включає типорозмірну гільзу з подовжнім розрізом по середній лінії на латеральній поверхні, що охоплює сегмент плеча та надпліччя; виконану із термопластичного матеріалу; елементи кріплення, встановлені вздовж розрізу гільзи. Типорозмірна гільза виконана у вигляді розрізного жорсткого циліндра, що охоплює сегмент плеча, з двосторонніми крилоподібними елементами для обхвату голівки плечової кістки; до крилоподібних елементів приєднана гільза надпліччя, виконана із еластичного матеріалу, наприклад із силіконової композиції, у вигляді півкільця з двошаровими подовженнями; півкільце гільзи надпліччя охоплює область плечового суглоба; двошарові подовження гільзи надпліччя охоплюють внутрішню та зовнішню поверхні гільзи плеча та області в проекції під пахвою, вище молочної залози, в областях лопатки та ключиці та забезпечують нероз'ємне сполучення; розрізи гільзи та півкільця виконані на їх боковій та відповідно верхній стороні; вздовж розрізу півкільця встановлені застібки типу "велкро". Due to the structural features of the shoulder sleeve and the mechanically integrated elastic sleeve of the shoulder of the silicone mixture, the functionality of the orthosis increases, which allows to extend its use for the treatment of patients with fractures, deformities and other pathologies of the upper extremity shoulder joint.

Ортез на плечовий суглоб складається із типорозмірної гільзи 1 плеча та приєднаної до неї бо гільзи 2 надпліччя. Гільза 1 плеча виготовлена із термопластичного матеріалу в формі розрізного по боковій поверхні жорсткого циліндра з двохсторонніми крилоподібними елементами 3 для обхвату головки плечової кістки. Гільза 2 надпліччя виготовлена з еластичного матеріалу, наприклад із силіконової суміші, у вигляді півкільця 4 з крилоподібними двошаровими подовженнями 5, що охоплюють внутрішню та зовнішню поверхні гільзи 1 та області під пахвою, вище молочної залози, лопатки та ключиці. Крилоподібні двошарові подовження 5 та гільза 1 нероз'ємно з'єднані між собою. По середній лінії гільзи 1 плеча на латеральній поверхні виконано розріз 6 шириною 5-8 см в залежності від об'єму кінцівки для одягання ортеза на верхню кінцівку. По обидві сторони розрізу 6 гільзи 1 встановлені елементи 7 кріплення виконані по типу рамка-ремінець. Півкільце 4 гільзи З виконано з розрізом 8, по обидві сторони якого встановлені застібки 9 типу "велкро". З розкритими застібками 9 та елементами 7 кріплення ортез надягають на відповідні сегменти кінцівки. Регулюючи їх натяг забезпечують необхідний рівень компресії. При закриванні застібок 9 здійснюється утримання ортеза на верхній кінцівці, попереджає дистальне ковзання та сповзання. При цьому еластичний матеріал гільзи надпліччя не перешкоджає мікропереміщенням м'язів кінцівки, а конструкція у вигляді двох сполучених складових - гільзи 1 та півгільзи 2 забезпечує, при необхідності, рухи в плечовому суглобі, що сприяє відновленню та збереженню його функцій, попереджує розвиток контрактур. За рахунок силіконової композиції, з якої виготовлені елементи 5 подовження гільзи 2 надпліччя, забезпечується вакуумний контакт з поверхнею плечового суглоба (прилипання).
