Abstract
Спосіб оцінки готовності постнекректомічного ранового дефекту до аутодермопластичного закриття включає триразове термографічне дослідження опікової поверхні та оточуючих тканин. Місцевий вплив на ушкоджену поверхню між термографічними дослідженнями і діагностику об'єму незворотно загиблої тканини на основі порівняння змін поверхневих температур після місцевих впливів, причому між першим і другим термографічними дослідженнями місцевий вплив на ушкоджену поверхню виконують шляхом аплікації серветкою, просоченою охолодженим до 3-5 °C розчином озонованого ліпіну та "Діоксизолю-Дарниця" у співвідношенні 5:1 з експозицією 3-4 хв.
