Спосіб переробки гною та стоків тваринницьких комплексів включає гідророзмив, розділення на тверду і рідку фракції, знезараження і біологічну очистку рідкої фракції, розділення гною на фракції з отриманням твердої фракції і формування паливних брикетів. Розділення гною та стоків на фракції відбувається в декілька етапів з отриманням твердої фракції вологістю до 20 %, що підлягає брикетуванню без процесу сушки; і рідкої фракції, яка направляється на зберігання і дегельмінтизацію та на отримання біогазу.A method of processing manure and runoff animal husbandry complexes includes hydro-erosion, separation into solid and liquid fractions, decontamination and biological treatment of the liquid fraction, the separation of manure into fractions to obtain a solid fraction and the formation of fuel briquettes. Separation of manure and runoff into fractions occurs in several stages with obtaining a solid fraction with humidity up to 20%, which is subject to briquetting without the drying process; and a liquid fraction that is sent for storage and deworming and for biogas production.
