Abstract
The invention relates to bio-industry, in particular to the preparation of surfactants that can be used for environment decontamination from oil and oil pollutions, as well as in oil extracting, chemical, pharmaceutical, food industry. Disclosed is a process for the preparation of surfactants which consists in cultivation of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus IMB B-7241 strain in fluid medium containing mineral salts, urea as a nitrogen source, and burnt sunflower oil as a source of carbon nutrition, with use of inoculums grown in treacle medium. The concentration of burnt sunflower oil is 5.9-6.1 % (part by volume), urea content is 1.2-1.4 g/l, and inoculum is grown in medium with treacle of 1.6-1.8 % (part by weight).
