Abstract

Изобретение относится к применению модифицированных наночастиц в древесных плитах, в частности в OSB-плитах, для уменьшения выброса летучих органических соединений (VOC), при этом наночастицы модифицированы по меньшей мере одним соединением общей формулы (I), RaSiX(4-a), где X представляет собой Н, ОН или фрагмент, способный гидролизоваться, выбранный из группы, включающей галоген, алкокси, карбоксил, амино, моноалкиламино или диалкиламино, арилокси, ацилокси, алкилкарбонил; R представляет собой органический фрагмент, который не способен гидролизоваться, причем R выбран из группы, включающей замещенный и незамещенный алкил, замещенный и незамещенный арил, замещенный и незамещенный алкенил, замещенный и незамещенный алкинил, замещенный и незамещенный циклоалкил, замещенный и незамещенный циклоалкенил, который может быть прерван -О- или -NH-, и где R имеет по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу Q, выбранную из группы, которая включает эпоксид, гидроксил, эфир, амино, моноалкиламино, диалкиламино, замещенный и незамещенный анилин, амид, карбоксил, алкинил , акрилоил, акрилоилокси, метакрилоил, метакрилоилокси, меркапто, циано, алкокси, изоцианат, альдегид, алкилкарбонил, ангидрид кислоты и/или группу фосфорной кислоты, причем а = 1, 2, 3, в частности, 1 или 2.
