Валково-черв'ячний агрегат для перероблення полімерних матеріалів містить обертовий валок, розташований паралельно йому нерухомий елемент з робочою поверхнею з боку валка та циліндричною порожниною, у якій з можливістю обертання розміщено черв'як, при цьому валок і робоча поверхня нерухомого елемента утворюють валковий проміжок, який за допомогою виконаного в нерухомому елементі каналу сполучено з порожниною нерухомого елемента.
