Abstract

A method to prepare biologically active substances from bio-mass of earthworms includes cleaning and milling of biomass, coagulation of protein complex in process of extraction, separation of complex and extraction. Extraction is performed with (20-28)- multiple volume of mix of chloroform and ethanol at ratio 2:1 till obtaining protein complex as precipitate and extract to which while stirring one adds (0.2-0.3)-multiple volume of 0.1–0.5 % solution of sodium chloride. Then one separates it to chloroform layer from which after concentration one obtains lipid complex and water-alcohol layer from which after drying one obtains concentration of amino-acids and peptides.
