Abstract

Змішувач шнековий включає корпус, змішувальний пристрій, завантажувальний та вивантажувальний пристрої.Згідно з винаходом, змішувальний пристрій виконано у вигляді трьох спіральних шнеків, які обертаються в одному напрямку, причому бокові шнеки мають більший крок спіральної поверхні, ніж центральний, і робоча зона цього шнека має на один крок менше, ніж бокових шнеків, і зв'язані залежностями p=k•p; k=z/(z-1), де p, р- кроки спіралей відповідно центрального і бокових шнеків; z- кількість кроків рв робочій зоні центрального шнека, а спіральні поверхні бокових шнеків мають отвори, діаметр яких зменшується від центра спіральної поверхні до її периферії.Таке конструктивне виконання шнекового змішувача дозволяє спростити конструкцію пристрою, суттєво підвищити якість процесу змішування та розширити технологічні можливості пристрою можливістю змішування сипкої, пастоподібної і іншої продукції.The screw mixer includes a housing, a mixing device, a loading and unloading device.
