Abstract
Використання: при хірургічному лікуванні захворювань та ушкоджень хребта, зокрема його шийного відділу, під час виконання переднього спондилодезу з використанням штучних імплантатів, зокрема порожнистих сітчастих ендопротезів. Вертикальний ендопротез сегмента хребта являє собою центральний порожнистий шток з різноспрямованою від його центру різьбою, на яку нагвинчуються півкорпуси з зубцями на зовнішніх торцях та оснащених Г-подібними пластинами з отворами під гвинти, а також шток та півкорпуси мають наскрізні бічні отвори однакового діаметра, розташовані ярусами. Щонайменше один бічний отвір нижнього ярусу кожного півкорпусу має наскрізний проріз, який з'єднує вказаний отвір з торцем півкорпусу. Отвір з прорізом просторово орієнтований до того ж боку, з якого на півкорпусі розташована Г-подібна пластина. Technical advantages: the ability to change the total length of the endoprosthesis as much as possible depending on the individual characteristics of the patient; simplifying the fixing of the semi-housings relative to the stem; simplification of construction of half-corps.
