Abstract

Working standard of volume of gas with liquid separator relates to the measuring technique and metrology. The working standard contains measuring and compensating vessels connected with an overflow pipe, the compensating container comprises temperature sensors and pressure pipelines with valves to connect the tested gas meter and for connection with atmosphere, measuring container comprises a fluid flow regulator, an overflow pipe contains a built-in water pump controlled by a frequency regulator, in addition the volume of the working gas standard liquid separator includes a control and display information panel adapted to collect measurement information, which is connected with said pressure and temperature sensors, valves and frequency controllers. According to the invention it is further equipped with a set of reference fluid meters and valves for their connection to an overflow pipe which are connected with control and information display panel, bypass line with three-way valve which is connected to the control and information display panel, wherein the liquid meters contain pulse sensors which convert the measured fluid volume into a proportional number of pulses which are connected with control and information display panel. Working standard makes it possible to accurately reproduce the reference gas volume, this ensures high accuracy of representation and transmission of gas volume with the gas meters which will be controlled on the working standard.
