Abstract

The invention relates to the water-fuel emulsion, which belong to a liquid hydrocarbon fuel and is used, for example, in internal combustion engines, which work, including, in conditions of increased fire and explosion hazard. The emulsion comprises hydrocarbon fuel, water and a hydrophilic surfactant – an ethoxylated alkylphenol with an average degree of ethoxylation 4-12 and hydrocarbon radical C-Cor an ethoxylated fatty alcohol with an average degree of ethoxylation 8-10 and hydrocarbon radical C-C, and also contains a hydrophobic surfactant - a mixture of mono-, di esters of polyglycerols fatty acid.
