Спосіб діагностики ендотеліальної дисфункції при професійній свинцевій інтоксикації включає біохімічне дослідження в сироватці крові продуктів метаболізму оксиду азоту - нітратів і нітритів. Додатково визначають вміст S-нітрозотіолів та 2,4-ДНК3 і при виявленні показників S-нітрозотіолів понад 1,78 нмоль/мл, 2,4-ДНК3 понад 5,5 мкмоль/л відносно порогового рівня, діагностують ранній розвиток ендотеліальної дисфункції.A method for the diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction in professional lead intoxication involves biochemical study in the serum of products of metabolism of nitric oxide - nitrates and nitrites.
