Abstract

The eaves, provided with a place for fixing the tension ceiling, contains interconnected shelves, forming cavities, under which is an additional shelf. The place for fixing the tension ceiling is located at the end of the additional shelf.

Description

The useful model belongs to construction to create coziness in the house, refers to products for it and their installation, and can be used when installing a stretch ceiling together with the installation of other interior elements of the premises, mainly window curtains, and/or lighting elements.

The well-known cornice (1, patent KO145425, IPC A47N 1/02, priority 12.05.2014, published 20.09.2014), which contains interconnected shelves that form cavities arranged in a row, in some of which there are places for the movement of holders a curtain and a place for fixing the stretch ceiling. Moreover, under the cavities, opposite the place for fixing the stretch ceiling, there is an additional shelf.

Disadvantage of analog |1| in the fact that the cavity where the place for fastening the stretch ceiling is located, in the case of using a cornice, is visible with the elements of fastening the canvas in the room from below near the curtains, which requires the use of an additional masking element for this place.

There is no such defect in the eaves - the closest analogue (2, Patent IPC KI147674, priority 12.05.2014, published 20.09.2014), it is provided with a place for fixing the stretch ceiling and contains interconnected shelves that form cavities, under which there is an additional shelf. Moreover, in some of the cavities there are places for the movement of curtain holders, and a separate cavity is formed by inclined shelves, which is located under the cavities located in a row. In this separate cavity, a place for fixing the stretch ceiling is formed on an additional inclined shelf.

However, the closest analogue is |2| has a number of its disadvantages: the complexity of the design, significant dimensions and weight; the difficulty of installation and dismantling due to some difficult access to the place for attaching bordered panels of the stretch ceiling, as well as due to the peculiarities of the design of this place and the design of the accompanying means of attachment, which are difficult to install and dismantle in the eaves; the impossibility of providing framing with the help of several eaves around the entire perimeter of the room when installing the eaves in the stretch ceiling; the difficulty of creating a decorative surface of the parts of the eaves visible in the stretch ceiling, as well as the difficulty of combining the framing it creates there with other interior items of the room;

Because of the limitation in use together with the fixed stretch ceiling of other interior elements, except curtain holders.

The task of the useful model is aimed at simplifying the design, reducing the dimensions and weight of the eaves, as well as simplifying its installation and dismantling, increasing its efficiency, convenience and versatility of use indoors.

The task is solved by the fact that in the eaves, provided with a place for fixing the stretch ceiling, which contains interconnected shelves that form cavities under which the additional shelf is located, according to a useful model, the place for fixing the stretch ceiling is located at the end of the additional shelves

This allows you to distribute the elements of the device along its width, thus reducing its dimensions in terms of thickness and applying a lighter design of the place or places for fixing the border of the stretch ceiling canvas, which will also reduce the overall weight of the eaves. Moreover, it will be more convenient to place various interior elements, such as curtain holders and/or lighting devices, or even electrical wiring elements, in the mentioned cavities.

The mentioned place or places of fastening of the stretch ceiling can be oriented with their lower parts parallel to the main ceiling of the room, thereby making it possible to provide framing with similar devices along the entire perimeter of the room when installing them in the stretch ceiling.

Also, in connection with this, it will be possible to create a decorative surface of the parts of the device visible in the stretch ceiling, and it will be possible to combine this decorative surface with other interior items of the room.

In addition, the place or places for fixing the stretch ceiling will become more accessible from the sides of the eaves, and it will be possible to use simpler and more convenient installation-disassembly means of fastening the stretch ceiling.

Additional distinctive features that enhance the effect of a useful model: an additional shelf is made either as one unit with the shelves, or fastened to one of them, for example, with a bayonet connection; shelves and an additional shelf are made of aluminum or aluminum alloy or plastic; the possibility of adjusting the height of the location of the additional shelf is provided in the case of its 60 bayonet connection with one of the shelves;

the place for fixing the stretch ceiling is made with the possibility of processing the elements forming this place for further application to them or attachment of decorative elements to them; the outer lower part of the place for fixing the stretch ceiling is anodized in different colors; the place for fixing the stretch ceiling is formed by the bend of the end of the additional shelf, which consists of long and short horizontal strips connected by a short vertical strip, with the possibility of ensuring the formation of a gap in the bend, which is closed by the hook of the means of fastening the stretch ceiling when applying the cornice; the gap formed between the long and short horizontal strips of the mentioned bend is not greater than their thickness; a bevel is made on the short horizontal strip of the mentioned gap, with the possibility of being combined with the bevel on the hook of the means of fastening the stretch ceiling when using the eaves; the additional shelf before the bend of its end has a curvilinear shape; the cornice contains an additional place for fixing the stretch ceiling, made similarly to the place for fixing the stretch ceiling, and placed either on the same level or on different levels with it; the cavities formed by the shelves are made with the possibility of placing curtain holders or lighting elements in any of them when using a cornice.

The essence of the useful model is explained by the drawings, where in fig. 1 shows the general view of the eaves; in fig. 2-6 - versions of its smaller overall part; in fig. 7 shows a front view of it with installed elements of the stretch ceiling and hanging curtains; in fig. 8-10 - the same as in fig. 2-6, but with an attached stretch ceiling element.

Cornice 1 (Fig. 1) contains shelves 2, which are formed (shown in areas bounded by dotted lines) with a larger part of cornice 1 and at least one (two are shown) smaller part (parts) 4. These parts C or 4 can be made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, or plastic.

The smaller part 4 of the cornice 1 can be made as one whole (as shown) with its larger part 3, or fastened with it, for example, by a bayonet connection (not shown).

In the smaller part (parts) 4 of the eaves 1 there is at least one lower place (two are shown) for fixing the border 9 of the canvas (-en) 10 (Fig. 7) of the stretch ceiling. At the same time, the smaller part 4 (Fig. 1) of the eaves 1 is located behind the vertical borders of its larger part 3 and 1I-II.

Places for fastening 9 (Fig. 1) of the border of the fabric 10 (Fig. 7) of the stretch ceiling in the smaller parts 4 (Fig. 1) of the cornice 1 can be located at different levels (as shown). They are formed by additional shelves 11 (or straight, as in Fig. 1, or shaped, as in Fig. 5, 6) in continuation (as shown) of the extreme, vertically located shelves 2, and bent 12 ends of additional shelves 11.

Such folds 12 can consist (Fig. 2-4) of long and short horizontal strips 13 and 14, connected to each other by a short vertical strip 15, with the possibility of ensuring the formation of a gap 16 in the fold 12. It can be closed (Fig. 7, 8) when using the cornice 1 together with the means of fastening the border of the fabric 10 of the stretch ceiling, for example, a harpoon 17, which has a catch similar to the folds 12 (fig. 1-4, 7) of the ends of the additional shelves 11.

It is recommended to ensure the convenience and reliability of such fastening of the stretch ceiling, that the gap 16 (fig. 2-4), formed between the long and short horizontal strips 13, 14 of the mentioned fold 12, should not be greater than their thickness. For this purpose, it is recommended to perform a bevel 18 on a short horizontal strip 14, compatible with a bevel 19 (Fig. 8) on the hook of the harpoon 17.

Any of the additional shelves 11 can be made either integrally with the shelves 2 (as shown), or fastened (not shown) to one of them, for example, a bayonet connection.

Additional shelves 11 in the case of such a connection may have the ability (not shown) to adjust the height of their mutual location.

The place for fastening 9 (Fig. 1) of the border of the canvas 7 (Figs. 7 and 8) of the stretch ceiling is made with the possibility of processing the elements forming this place, for example, the lower surface of the long horizontal strip 13 (Fig. 3 and 4) and the short vertical strip 15 of the mentioned fold 12, for subsequent application to them (Fig. 4) or fixing to them (Fig. 3) decorative elements.

For example, such a decorative element can be a shaped strip 20 (Fig. 3) with an ornament glued to a long horizontal strip 13, or it can be (Fig. 4) a layer of paint 21 with a light effect.

Also, in order to increase the consumer properties of cornice 1, another type of its decoration is proposed - anodizing in different colors, for example, with a golden tint, the outer lower part of the places for fixing 9 (fig. 1) the border of canvases 10 (fig. 7). These can be, for example, anodized rectilinear ends of additional shelves 11 (Fig. 2, 8), or anodized curved ends of additional shelf 11 (Figs. 5, 6 and 9, 10), as well as bends 12 of these ends.

The cornice 1 described above is attached to the base ceiling 22 (Fig. 7) of the room.

Installation of cornice 1 and products on it is carried out as follows.

On the base ceiling 22, cornice 1 is installed in any known way, for example, using a hanger. To fasten the border of the canvas 10 (Fig. 8-10), it is inserted into the gap 16 of the bend 12 of the end of the additional shelf 11, smaller than the overall part 4, and the border of the canvas 10 is fixed in it with the help of a harpoon 17. At the same time, the harpoon 17 clings to the bend 12, pressing tightly to the bevel 18 of the short shelf 14 with its bevel 19, with tight pressing of the border of the canvas 10 to this shelf 14 from its other side. Moreover, in the variant shown in fig. 8, the gap 16 of the bend 12 is closed.

Next, holders 6 are inserted into the grooves 8 of shelves 2 (Fig. 7), to which hanging curtains 7 are attached.

Due to the simplicity of the design, the useful model allows installation of a stretch ceiling and additional elements using the described device by specialists of any qualification, using a small number of fasteners. At the same time, they do not need to use special tools and equipment for such an installation.

The proposed design of cornice 1 has high strength and resistance to external influences. Its use will significantly reduce the time required for the adjacent installation of sheets 10 of the stretch ceiling and hanging curtains 7 (Fig. 7).

The use of the proposed device makes it possible to reduce the time of work carried out directly on the base ceiling 22, which significantly increases the convenience and safety of the installers, as well as

The use of cornice 1 will also be attractive for creating a frame around the entire perimeter of the room and creating various options for its interior design, including with additional lighting by elements located (not shown) in any of the cavities 5 of cornice 1.
