Abstract
Спосіб прогнозування шляхів морфогенезу in vitro за ступенем ефективності введення в культуру ліній та сортів м'якої пшениці Triticum aestivum L. зі встановленим станом локусів генів VRN та PPD включає введення в культуру in vitro, отримання первинного калусу та аналіз ступеня його ефективності. За результатами першого етапу - введення в культуру in vitro та співставлення зі станом локусів генів як VRN або PPD дають орієнтовний прогноз щодо здатності відповідних генотипів ліній та сортів м'якої пшениці до подальшого напрямку реалізації морфогенетичного потенціалу шляхом калусогенезу - утворення соматичних калусів або морфогенезу - утворення морфогенних калусів.A method for predicting in vitro morphogenesis pathways by the degree of efficiency of introducing into the culture of lines and varieties of soft wheat Triticum aestivum L. with established condition of the VRN and PPD gene loci involves introducing into the culture in vitro, obtaining a primary callus and analyzing the degree of its effectiveness. According to the results of the first stage - introduction into culture in vitro and comparison with the state of the gene loci as VRN or PPD give an approximate prediction on the ability of the respective genotypes of lines and varieties of soft wheat to further the direction of realization of morphogenetic potential through callusogenesis - formation of somatic calluses or morphogenesis morphogenic calluses.
