Спосіб діагностики ендотеліальної дисфункції та її корекція у хворих на гострий епідидиміт полягає у визначенні у сироватці крові ендотеліну-1 та застосування лікарських препаратів для покращення ендотеліальної функції судин. Встановлюється вираженість ендотеліальної дисфукції (визначення в сироватці крові імуноферментним методом потужного ендогенного вазоконстриктора ендотеліну-1) та у комплекс лікування хворих на гострий епідидиміт окрім базової терапії додатково включають препарат аргінін (тівортін).A method for the diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction and its correction in patients with acute epididymitis is to determine the serum of endothelin-1 and the use of drugs to improve the endothelial function of blood vessels.
