Abstract

The invention relates to maintenance of a high-voltage apparatus with hexafluorated sulfur insulation (SF6), specifically to hexafluorated sulfur gas regeneration. Removing, regeneration, drying of hexafluorated sulfur gas is fulfilled under pressure lower than working pressure. Drying and filtering the gas is made under reduced pressure in known devices. The hexafluorated sulfur gas is pumped in the high-voltage apparatus under pressure higher than working pressure. Said procedure is cyclic performed until hexafluorated sulfur gas characteristics are restored. Gas pumping under low pressure and elimination of liquid phase thereof provides decrease of power consumption while maintenance of high voltage apparatus.

Використання запропонованого способу дозволить знизити енерговитрати при обслуговуванні високовольтних пристроїв з елегазовою (5Еб) ізоляцією і знизити собівартість процесу обслуговування.The use of the proposed method will allow to reduce energy costs when servicing high-voltage devices with elegas (5Eb) insulation and reduce the cost of the maintenance process.

ФОРМУЛА ВИНАХОДУ Спосіб технічного обслуговування високовольтних пристроїв з елегазовою (5Е6) ізоляцією, при якому відкачують елегаз з газового об'єму високовольтного пристрою, осушують його, регенерують і фільтрують, який відрізняється тим, що відкачування елегазу з порожнини високовольтного пристрою перед осушуванням здійснюють при тиску, меншому, наприклад, на 4 бари, ніж тиск в цій ємності, а після осушування закачують його назад в газовий об'єм високовольтного пристрою при тиску, вищому, наприклад, на 1 бар, ніж тиск в ємності високовольтного пристрою.FORMULA OF THE INVENTION The method of maintenance of high-voltage devices with elegas (5E6) insulation, in which the elegas is pumped out of the gas volume of the high-voltage device, drained, regenerated and filtered, which is characterized by the fact that the elegas is pumped out of the cavity of the high-voltage device before drying under pressure, lower, for example, by 4 bar than the pressure in this container, and after drying it is pumped back into the gas volume of the high-voltage device at a pressure higher, for example, by 1 bar, than the pressure in the container of the high-voltage device. «В.
