The invention relates to the fat-and-oil industry and can be used in processing of oilseeds and obtaining vegetable oil and extraction cake. The proposed method lies in the fact that the oilseed is cleaned, crushed, moistened with water vapour up to a value of humidity of 11-14%. The moistened crushed grain is treated with electromagnetic field of superhigh frequency with a frequency generation of 2450 MHz, a power of 300 Wt for 5 minutes. The oil is obtained of the treated crushed seeds (pulp) by extracting with a solvent.
