Abstract

A vibration mixer comprises a housing, which by elastic elements is connected to a frame, a vibration exciter fixed on the housing, a shaft with blades is placed inside the housing, and outside the housing an electromechanical drive of the shaft is mounted. The shaft consists of two parts: the central - a shaft and the outer – a shell with blades fixedly attached thereto, which is mounted on the shaft with possibility of rotation of the shell with shaft and oscillating motion about the shaft axis. The shaft and shell protrude outside the housing, and between the shell and housing there are gaps closed by elastic seals. On the shaft, on each side of the housing, sleeves are mounted and fixedly connected to the shell, with possibility of transmission of torque between the sleeves and shell. The sleeve on one side of the housing is connected to the shaft by a guide prismatic key, and on the sleeve radial rolling bearings are mounted on radial axes, whose outer races are in contact with a spatial cam fixedly attached to the frame. In the sleeve on the other side of the housing a thrust rolling bearing is mounted, which contacts by a non-rotating race with a compression spring, which contacts with the frame by its other end. The shaft outside the sleeves is mounted on supports fixed to the frame. The shaft is coupled via a clutch to the driven shaft of the electromechanical drive fixedly mounted on the frame.
