Abstract

The invention relates to the technology of production of crystalline materials. A method for bonding crystalline components, in particular from sapphire, includes welding parts by crystallization of molten contact area at that the contact surfaces of the crystalline parts are faced with a capillary gap relative to each other, melt of the crystalline material, from which the parts are formed, is used as a solder, the solder is fed to the zone of joint from the crucible through a capillary system. The method does not require a thorough cleaning and polishing of the starting components and allows to obtain articles of complex configurations that can operate over a wide range of temperatures and mechanical loads.
