Abstract

The invention relates to bacterial strain originating from microorganism of the familyable to use glycerin as carbon source for enzymatic production of amber acid, wherein the mentioned strains are genetically modified to provide input deregulation of activity of theirs endogenous enzyme pyruvate-formate-lyase, and also to the method for production of amber acid by using of such microorganism, and to the subsequent processing of the produced organic acid by cation-exchange chromatography.
