Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for osteosynthesis of the fractures of the intercondylar tibial eminence. According to the invention, the device for the osteosynthesis of the fractures of the intercondylar tibial eminence consists of the pin 1 and the cerclage wire 2 that are passed successively through tibia with the aid of the navigation frame 5 and fixed with the toothed plate 3 with the opening for the screw 4 for the reposition, the graduated compression and the stable fixation of the bone fragments. The original construction of the appliance allows for the osteosynthesis of the fractures of the intercondylar tibial eminence. The navigation frame allows for the precise passage of the pins. The appliance provides for the stable and simple fixation for the term required for fracture healing. The removal of the appliance does not require the additional equipment and is provided via the minimal incision under the topical anesthesia following X-ray confirmation of fracture healing. The low invasive construction is useful for the early training in the joint preventing the complications due to the limiting function of the joint.
