Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to a technique for exoprosthetic replacement of the ascending aorta in correcting the aortal defects in the patients with the defect of bicuspid valve with concomitant aneurism of aorta comprises the incision of aorta, the replacement of the aortal valve, the exteriorization from aorta the sutures of the prosthesis of the aortal valve, the suturing of aorta, the exoprosthetic replacement of the ascending aorta with elastic synthetic material. The latter step comprises the transverse incision of aorta at the level 4- higher of sinotubular junction. For the fixation of the external vascular prosthesis, 2-3-4 pairs of sutures from non-coronary cusp and one4 pair of sutures from the commissure between right and left coronary cusps are extended and the excess tissues of aneurism are crimped directly into the suture of the transverse dissection of aorta.
