Abstract

The board for testing combustion consists of the sealed chamber, the modeled fire source, the pipes with fittings for supplying the components of gas medium and fire-extinguishing substances, the optic system for controlling the transparency, the equipment for controlling chemical composition and parameters of the gas medium mounted directly in the working volume of the sealed chamber allowing for the use of laboratory, technological and fire-protecting systems of detection. The board also comprises ultrasonic disperser of the fluid connected with the auxiliary system for heating and maintaining the temperature of the studies combustible sample. The sample is held in the rack over the ignition source for studying the rate of flame spreading throughout the combustible sample.
