Abstract

A regenerative air heater includes a rotor with gasket placed in the case. The case is connected to the ducts for supply of cold air and hot gas, to that one recirculation main with gas recirculation fan and guide apparatus is connected, and to ducts for discharge of hot air and cold gas. The rotor is equipped with radial, axial and peripheral seals with slots. In the radial seal and on the case openings are provided and connected to the duct of sucked medium. The duct of sucked medium is placed in the duct of hot gas supply and is connected to recirculation main. In the duct of sucked medium thermo-accumulation pipes for passage of hot air are additionally mounted. More efficient use of heat of supplied hot gases is provided.
