Abstract
A drop catcher comprises a housing, an inlet pipe disposed in the lower part of the housing coaxially to it inside to form an annular chamber between the housing and the inlet pipe and equipped with a swirler, an expansion nozzle disposed in the upper part of the housing coaxially to it outside to form an annular chamber between the housing and nozzle, an outlet pipe connected to the expansion nozzle, and a liquid discharge pipes arranged in the bottom of the annular chambers. The housing is equipped with a sprinkler, made in the form of at least one sprinkler nozzle and a distributor which functionally interacts with it and is mounted in the annular chamber between the housing and the inlet pipe, the expansion nozzle is equipped with a sprinkler, made in the form of at least one sprinkler nozzle and a distributor which functionally interacts with it and is mounted in the annular chamber between the housing and the expansion nozzle, the swirler is equipped with pivoting guide vanes, which are mounted on rotatable shafts.
