Abstract

Спосіб виробництва добавки антидетонаційної універсальної до автомобільних бензинів включає механічне змішування компонентів до отримання однорідного розчину. Ефіри з ємності зберігання насосом подають у мішалку, в яку також з металевих бочок пересувним насосом подають присадки - октанопідвищуючі, інгібітори корозії та стабілізатори рН, потім включають двигун мішалки та змішують компоненти протягом 30-40 хвилин. Після цього оксигенатні компоненти на основі біоетанолу з ємності зберігання насосом установки під тиском подають в інжектор змішувача, де створюють розрідження і де всмоктується строго дозувальна кількість приготовленої суміші з мішалки та з ємності зберігання. Далі частково перемішану і дозовану рідину подають у змішувач установки, де здійснюють остаточне змішування компонентів, отриману суміш після змішування по трубопроводу направляють на зберігання в резервуар, в якому відстоюють протягом двох годин, а після відстоювання відбирають зразок отриманої добавки антидетонаційної універсальної, за отримання позитивних результатів випробувань добавку вважають готовою.A method of manufacturing an additive for anti-knock universal to motor gasoline involves the mechanical mixing of components to obtain a homogeneous solution.
