The invention relatess to mechanical engineering, in particular to surface final finishing parts and forming regular microrelief of the finished surface. A tool holder of device for processing surfaces of parts comprises a support with a base for installation of the machining tool and its fastening elements. The base is made as a cup mounted rotatable during processing on an axle fixed on the support, and thus, with the possibility of self-alignment of the working surface of the tool on the surface being processed. Implementation of the invention will reduce the time of processing adjustment by 8-10 times.
