Abstract
The invention relates to devices for combustion of different types of fuel together or separately, in particular of natural gas and biogas. A burner device can be used in steam and water heating boilers. A universal burner device includes a cylindrical body connected to the air duct, in that a circular collector is placed coaxially, this is made of coaxial outer and inner tubes with gap between the tubes along the whole length of the collector. The circular partition in the gap divides the gap to inlet and outlet sections. At the ends the gap is closed with flanges. At the inlet end of the outer tube of the circular collector bio-gas nozzles and a branch pipe for bio-gas supply are installed, and at the outlet end – the nozzles and the branch pipe for supply of additional natural gas. At the end of the cylindrical body of the burner a circular chamber with nozzles and branch pipe for supply of main natural gas are installed. At the outlet end of the body of the burner a recess for stabilization of the jet is provided. On the surface of the circular collector at the middle air swirler is installed, and the outlet section of the inner tube of the circular collector is connected to the inlet section of the recess. The universal burner device decreases harmful emission to atmosphere compared to the prototype due to increase of the pass of bio-gas and air mixing and organization of two-stage combustion of fuel, and operates in the whole range of loads without vibration, and due to supply of additional natural gas even at period of low loads and absence of biogas.
