Abstract
The invention relates to electric engineering, in particular to a high-voltage load interrupter switch having vacuum s. A high-voltage three-pole vacuum switch comprises a support insulation made as a base plane, three vacuum s with static and movable contacts; the chamber axes form a vertical plane, a movable contact control mechanism comprising in series connected: an adjustment element made with possibility of rotation and attachment thereto of a bearing element, a first disc, two spiral springs, an insulator rigidly connected to the first disc and having three similar pushers fixed at the equal distance one from another, every one has a recess with a bearing installed therein and set on an axle rigidly connected to the movable contact via a pressing unit of the corresponding , a bearing lock which makes it possible to fix the movable contact control in “off” “and on” positions. The movable contact control is located into the body made from two parallel installed plates located at a distance one from another, the second one of which is an external plate relatively to the switch. The adjustment element is made as an axle-regulator whereon the second disc is installed, which has a recess and provided with a support shelf, with the second disc being a drive disc relatively to the first disc being a driven disc. Both spiral springs are also located at the common axle-regulator and made in the same manner rotatable and oriented. Each spiral spring is pressed to the corresponding disc. Both springs are fixed to the support shelf by both ends, the internal end of the spiral spring pressing to the driven disc is fixed to said disc; the internal end of the spiral spring pressed to the second disc is pressed to the second (external) plate of the body. The spring attached to the second disc is the switch-off spring; the spring attached to the first disc is the switch-on spring. The first body plate is provided with a thrust directed inside the body, in the second external plate a hole is made; the hole is coaxial to the axle-regulator and has the diameter bigger than the diameter of said axle. The thrust and the shelf are installed in a manner to limit movement of the spiral springs The bearing lock is provided with an axle and two holders installed on the bearing axle; in each holder a locating bearing is fixed, and a helical spring installed at the bearing lock axle between the holders. A mechanical switch is installed from the external side of the body and is connected to the adjacent holder by a thumb.
