A method for managing network service flow of Packet Transport Network (PTN) is provided in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: step a network management server, the corresponding ports of certain service are set as sampling slate, and the sampling interval and the sampling start-stop time are set; step 2, the server samples the real-time flow data of the ports set as sampling state with the sampling interval during the sampling start-stop time; step network element device feeds back the real-time How data to [he server for storing; step 4, from the server, a network management client obtains the name of the network element device, the names of the ports set as sampling state, the source ports and the destination ports of the service whose real-time flow data has been sampled; step 5, the network management client displays on a display interface the end-to-end service whose real-time flow data has been sampled in PTN.
