Abstract
The method for auscultation of abdomen comprises contacting the membrane of phonendoscope with the skin of the anterior abdominal wall. One microphone of condenser type is fixed to the skin of the anterior abdominal wall with adhesive. The second microphone attached to the patient's bed in outward direction is used for recording the environmental sounds. The sounds are recorded in fractional mode. The external noise is eliminated with the aid of special software. The auscultation curve is analyzed by frequency response.
