Abstract

This invention discloses a sweet potato oven with a paper bag holder, comprising an oven body, at least one heat shield, and at least one paper bag holder. Note that sweet potatoes are rich in dietary fiber and various vitamins, making them a highly nutritious food. Compared to white rice, sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index while providing sufficient satiety. Moderate consumption helps control blood sugar, making them an excellent starch choice for fitness enthusiasts or those trying to lose weight. Therefore, the creator considered how to provide a sweet potato oven that could incorporate a paper bag storage structure.

Given the numerous shortcomings in the existing structure of sweet potato ovens, the main purpose of this invention is to provide a sweet potato oven with a paper bag rack, which integrates the paper bag rack for storing paper bags into the sweet potato oven, making it convenient for consumers to directly take out the paper bags used for roasting sweet potatoes.

To achieve the aforementioned main objectives, this invention provides a sweet potato oven with a paper bag holder, comprising an oven body, at least one heat shield, and at least one paper bag holder. The oven body has a baking rack and a display frame, the display frame being disposed on the top side of the baking rack. The heat shield is detachably disposed on the side of the baking rack of the oven body, and a perimeter is formed around the heat shield, with two through slots formed on one side of the perimeter. The paper bag holder has two fixed rods, a plurality of stop members and a base. The fixed rods connect the stop members and the base. The fixed rods are respectively located at both ends of the stop members and the base. One end of each fixed rod forms a hook structure. The two hook structures are respectively engaged with the two through slots of the heat-proof baffle. Each stop member forms a storage space.

Leveraging the aforementioned technical features, this invention integrates a paper bag holder with the anti-scalding baffle of a sweet potato oven. Businesses can then store the paper bags for roasting sweet potatoes in the holder's storage space. Preferably, each of the stop members of the paper bag holder has a rectangular hollow structure, and the stop members are spaced apart from the fixed bars. The base is connected to the bottom end of the fixed bars, and one of the stop members is connected to and surrounds the base. Thus, when multiple paper bags are placed in the storage space of the paper bag holder, the bottom of the paper bags abuts against the base, and the paper bags are surrounded by the stop members, thereby preventing the paper bags from falling off the paper bag holder.

Preferably, each fixing bar has an extension and an insertion portion in its hook structure. The extensions of the fixing bars surround the top side of the heat shield, and the insertion portions are respectively inserted into the slots. In this way, the extensions and insertion portions form an inverted L-shaped structure, allowing the fixing bars to be securely installed on the heat shield.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. The sweet potato oven 10 provided in this invention mainly includes an oven body 20, at least one heat shield 30, and at least one paper bag holder 40.

The oven body 20 has a baking rack 21 and a display frame 22.

A heating device is installed inside the baking rack 21. When the heating device is turned on, the temperature inside the baking rack 21 will gradually rise, and the operator can open the oven door 211 of the baking rack 21 and put the raw sweet potatoes into the baking rack 21 for baking.

The display frame 22 has a front cover 221, a rear cover 222, an upper cover 223, and two side covers 224. The front cover 221, rear cover 222, upper cover 223, and two side covers 224 can all be made of, for example, acrylic. The side covers 224 and the rear cover 222 are mounted on the top of the baking base 21. The front cover 221 is connected to the two side covers 224. The upper cover 223 is connected to the rear cover 222 and the side covers 224. Consumers can see the roasted sweet potatoes inside the display frame 22 through the transparent front cover 221. They can pick up the roasted sweet potatoes by simply lifting the front cover 221.

The display frame 22 also includes a display rack 225, which is located on the top side of the baking rack 21 and within the space enclosed by the front cover 221, rear cover 222, top cover 223, and side covers 224. The display rack 225 has two legs 2251 and a platform 2252, with the two legs 2251 connected to both sides of the platform 2252, thereby dividing the space within the display frame 22 into upper and lower sections. The baking area consists of a top layer and a bottom layer. The bottom layer is the top surface of the baking rack 21. Operators usually place many stones in the bottom layer. The roasted sweet potatoes can be placed on these stones. The stones have good heat retention properties, and because these stones are placed on the top surface of the baking rack 21, the temperature of the baking rack 21 will still be conducted to the bottom layer, allowing these stones to store a large amount of heat energy and continuously provide a stable temperature to maintain the heat of the roasted sweet potatoes. The roasted sweet potatoes can also be placed in the upper area, that is, on platform 2252. Platform 2252 is already a distance away from the top of the baking rack 21, so it is less affected by the temperature of the baking rack 21. The roasted sweet potatoes in this area will gradually cool down to room temperature. In this way, consumers can choose to buy warm roasted sweet potatoes or room temperature roasted sweet potatoes according to their own preferences.

The heat shield 30 has a rectangular structure with a raised edge 31 on each of its four sides. Two through slots 32 are formed on the top side of the edge 31. In this embodiment, two heat shields 30 are used, which are respectively installed on the left and right sides of the baking rack 21 of the oven body 20. The heat shields 30 can be installed on the baking rack 21 of the oven body 20, for example, by screws or other snap-fit structures. Since the heat shield 30 has the edge 31, when it is installed on the oven body 20, a heat dissipation space is formed between the heat shield 30 and the side of the oven body 20, which allows cold air to pass through the heat dissipation space and carry away the heat of the baking rack 21.

The paper bag holder 40 has two fixing rods 41, a plurality of stoppers 42 and a base 43.

Each fixed rod 41 has a hook structure 411 at one end. The hook structure 411 has an extension 4111 and an insertion part 4112. The extension 4111 is perpendicular to the fixed rod 41, and the insertion part 4112 is perpendicular to the extension 4111, so that the extension 4111 and the insertion part 4112 form an inverted L-shaped structure.

Each stopper 42 has a rectangular hollow structure, and the base 43 is a plate. This embodiment uses a total of three stoppers 42, all of which are fixed to one side of two fixed rods 41. The two fixed rods 41 are located at the two ends of the stoppers 42, and the stoppers 42 are spaced apart from each other. The lowest stopper 42 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the base 43, and the base 43 is fixed to the fixed rods 41 through the stoppers 42. Since the base 43 has a certain thickness, the height of the lowest stopper 42 is greater than that of the other two stoppers 42. In this way, the stoppers 42 and the base 43 together form a storage space 44.

When the paper bag holder 40 is installed on the heat shield 30, the two insertion parts 4112 of the hook structure 411 of the fixing rods 41 should be inserted from top to bottom into the two through slots 32 of the perimeter 31 of the heat shield 30. At this time, the two extension parts 4111 surround the top side of the perimeter 31 of the heat shield 30, and the fixing rods 41 abut against the outer periphery of the heat shield 30. This upright storage structure can effectively save space for placing paper bags.

This embodiment only discloses the structure of one paper bag holder 40, but the sweet potato oven 10 can also be configured with two paper bag holders 40, with the two paper bag holders 40 respectively arranged on the two heat shields 30. Therefore, this invention does not limit the number of paper bag holders 40, nor does it limit whether the paper bag holders 40 should be arranged on the left or right side of the sweet potato oven 10.

In addition, the sweet potato oven 10 of this invention mainly presents the related structure of the paper bag rack 40. However, when actually using the sweet potato oven 10, it is better to combine it with a front panel 50 and a clip rack 60. Figure 3 shows the state with the front panel 50. The front panel 50 has a U-shaped structure, and its recessed area is set towards the oven door 211 of the baking base 21 to avoid bumping into the oven door 211. The front panel 50 can be connected to the edge portion 31 of the heat shield 30, for example, via a hinge. In particular, the front panel 50 and the edge portion 31 are hinged to each other near the bottom, so that the front panel 50 can rotate relative to the heat shield 30. The front panel 50 is detachably connected to the edge portion 31 of the heat shield 30 near the top, for example, by magnetic attraction or a snap-fit structure. The front panel 50 can be connected to the edge portion 31 near the top by means of magnetic attraction or a snap-fit structure. The front panel 50 can be rotated relative to the heat shield 30 at any time when the oven door 211 needs to be opened.

An advertising slot 51 can also be set on the front side of the front panel 50, so that the top and bottom of the product information board 52 for roasted sweet potatoes can be attached to the advertising slot 51, using the space in front of the oven body 20 for advertising, so that consumers can understand the features of the roasted sweet potato product at a glance.

In order to install the clip holder 60, an additional through groove 32 is formed on the top side of the rim 31. This through groove 32 is adjacent to the two through grooves 32 used for hanging the paper bag holder 40, so that the clip holder 60 is positioned next to the paper bag holder 40. The clips used for picking up roasted sweet potatoes will be hung on the clip holder 60. In this way, when consumers select roasted sweet potatoes, they can directly see the special clips and paper bags for roasting sweet potatoes, making it convenient for consumers to use them.

In summary, the sweet potato oven 10 provided by this invention integrates the paper bag rack 40 with the anti-scalding baffle 30, and utilizes the structure around the oven body 20 to configure the paper bag rack 40, providing a storage space 44 to store the paper bags. Compared with existing technologies, it eliminates the need to set aside additional space for the paper bags, and also makes it convenient for consumers to directly see and take the paper bags to put into the roasted sweet potatoes.

A sweet potato oven with a paper bag holder includes: an oven body having a baking rack and a display frame disposed on the top side of the baking rack; at least one heat shield detachably disposed on the side of the baking rack of the oven body, the heat shield forming a perimeter and having two through slots on one side of the perimeter; and at least one paper bag holder having two fixing rods, a plurality of stop members and a base, the fixing rods connecting the stop members and the base, the fixing rods being respectively located at both ends of the stop members and the base, each fixing rod having a hook structure at one end, the hook structures respectively engaging with the through slots of the heat shield, the stop members and the base together forming a storage space. The sweet potato oven with a paper bag rack as described in claim 1, wherein each of the stops of the paper bag rack is a rectangular hollow structure, and the stops are spaced apart from the fixed rods, and the base is connected to the bottom end of the fixed rods, wherein one of the stops is connected to and surrounds the base. The sweet potato oven with paper bag holder as described in claim 1, wherein each of the retaining rods has an extension and an insertion portion, the extensions of the retaining rods surrounding the top side of the heat shield, and the insertion portions respectively passing through the slots.
