Abstract

This invention provides an IV drip holder, comprising a support mechanism, a first base, a first hanging module, a second base, and a second hanging module. The support mechanism includes a rod and a base; the first base is located at the top of the rod; the first hanging module is movably mounted on the first base; the second base passes through the rod and can be fixedly mounted on the rod after movement; the second hanging module is movably mounted on the second base. This allows the IV drip to be placed on the first hanging module, and the urine bag to be placed simultaneously or separately on the second hanging module. The first hanging module, which is movably mounted on the first base, and the second hanging module, which is movably mounted on the second base, allow the first hanging module and the second hanging module to rotate freely, thus preventing the IV drip tubing or the urine bag tubing from becoming tangled. In addition, the second hanging module can be adjusted to an appropriate height position using the second base as needed to meet the requirements of actual use.

Description

IV stand

This invention provides an IV drip holder, specifically an IV drip holder that not only prevents the IV tubing or urine bag tubing from becoming tangled, but also allows the urine bag to be adjusted to the appropriate position.

A typical IV stand (e.g., a floor stand) usually includes a base, a rod on the base, and at least one hook fixed to the top of the rod for hanging the IV drip (or IV bag) on the hook.

When patients try to get out of bed, there is often a missing IV tubing that gets tangled in the tube.

In addition, some IV stands, besides having hooks at the top of the pole to hang the IV drip, also have hooks fixed at the bottom of the pole for hanging urine bags (or related drainage bags); thus, in addition to the aforementioned lack of IV tubing, there is also the situation of urine bag tubing being tangled, causing many inconveniences in actual use.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to actively reveal how to create an IV drip holder that can not only prevent the IV tubing or urine bag tubing from getting tangled, but also allow for the adjustment of the urine bag to the appropriate height.

Recognizing the shortcomings of the aforementioned conventional techniques, the creator felt that they were not perfect. Therefore, he devoted his efforts to researching and overcoming these shortcomings, and developed an IV drip holder. This holder not only prevents the IV tubing or urine bag tubing from getting tangled, but also allows the urine bag to be adjusted to the appropriate height.

To achieve the above and other objectives, this invention provides an IV stand, comprising: a support mechanism, a first base, a first hanging module, a second base, and a second hanging module. The support mechanism includes a rod and a base, the rod being disposed at the top of the base; the first base being disposed at the top of the rod; the first hanging module being movably disposed on the first base; the second base passing through the rod, and the second base being fixedly disposed on the rod after movement; the second hanging module being movably disposed on the second base.

In the aforementioned IV drip holder, the rod is either a telescopic rod or a fixed rod.

The aforementioned IV drip holder has multiple wheels at the bottom of its base.

In the aforementioned IV holder, an annular groove is provided on the outer periphery of the first base, and the first hanging module is movably disposed in the annular groove of the first base.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the first hanging module is provided with a first buckle portion, a second buckle portion, and a plurality of first hooks. The two ends of the first buckle portion are respectively connected to the two ends of the second buckle portion, and the first hooks are respectively removably provided on the first buckle portion and the second buckle portion.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the first buckle portion has a first connecting portion and a first mating portion at each end, and the second buckle portion has a second connecting portion and a second mating portion at each end. The first connecting portion is assembled with the second mating portion, and the second connecting portion is assembled with the first mating portion, so that the first buckle portion and the second buckle portion are movably limited within the annular groove portion.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the first set of connectors has a first snap-fit groove, the first pair of connectors has a first pair of snap-fit grooves, the second set of connectors has a second snap-fit groove, the second pair of connectors has a second pair of snap-fit grooves, and the first pair of snap-fit grooves corresponds to the second snap-fit grooves, and the second pair of snap-fit grooves corresponds to the first snap-fit grooves.

In the aforementioned IV holder, each of the first hooks has a first engaging portion and a first hook body portion. One of the first hooks engages with the first pair of slots and the second engaging slot via the first engaging portion, and the other first hook engages with the second pair of slots and the first engaging slot via the first engaging portion.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the first buckle portion has a plurality of first hook slots, the second buckle portion has a plurality of second hook slots, and the remaining first hooks are respectively engaged with the first hook slots and the second hook slots by the first engaging portion.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the second seat includes a base, a loop portion, a bundle portion, and a locking portion. The loop portion is located at the top of the base, the bundle portion is located at the top of the loop portion, and the locking portion is rotatably located on the bundle portion. The second hanging module is movably located on the loop portion and limited by the locking portion. The locking portion tightens or releases the bundle portion so that the second seat can be fixedly mounted on the rod after movement.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the tubular portion has multiple limiting plates, each of which has a corresponding external thread, and the inner edge of the locking portion is provided with an internal thread that locks with the external threads.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the second hanging module is provided with a third buckle portion, a fourth buckle portion, and a plurality of second hooks. In the aforementioned IV holder, each of the second hooks has a second engaging portion and a second hook body portion, and one of the second hooks engages with the third pair of slots and the fourth engaging slot using the second engaging portion, while the other second hook engages with the fourth pair of slots and the third engaging slot using the second engaging portion.

In the aforementioned IV holder, the third buckle portion has a plurality of third hook slots, the fourth buckle portion has a plurality of fourth hook slots, and the remaining second hooks are respectively engaged with the third hook slots and the fourth hook slots by the second engaging portion.

This allows the IV drip to be placed on the first hanging module, and the urine bag to be placed simultaneously or separately on the second hanging module. The first hanging module, which is movably mounted on the first base, and the second hanging module, which is movably mounted on the second base, allow the first hanging module and the second hanging module to rotate freely, thus preventing the IV drip tubing or the urine bag tubing from becoming tangled. In addition, the second hanging module can be adjusted to an appropriate height position using the second base as needed to meet the requirements of actual use.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. As shown in the figures, this invention provides an IV drip holder, which includes: a support mechanism 1, a first base 2, a first hanging module 3, a second base 4, and a second hanging module 5.

The support mechanism 1 includes a rod 11 and a base 12, with the rod 11 located on top of the base 12.

The first seat 2 is located at the top of the rod 11.

The first hanging module 3 is movably mounted on the first base 2.

The second seat 4 is inserted through the rod 11, and the second seat 4 can be fixedly installed on the rod 11 after being moved.

The second hanging module 5 is movably mounted on the second base 4.

Based on the above embodiments, during use, the IV drip (or infusion bag) can be placed on the first hanging module 3, and the urine bag (or related drainage bag) can be placed on the second hanging module 5 simultaneously or separately. When the IV stand is pushed, the first hanging module 3, which is movably mounted on the first base 2, and the second hanging module 5, which is movably mounted on the second base 4, allow the first hanging module 3 to drive the IV drip to rotate freely on the first base 2 (i.e., rotate 360 degrees), and the second hanging module 5 can also drive the urine bag to rotate freely on the second base 4 (i.e., rotate 360 degrees). In this way, the IV drip tubing or the urine bag tubing can be prevented from becoming tangled, thus meeting the needs of actual use.

Furthermore, according to actual usage needs, the second seat 4 can be moved to the desired position on the rod 11 and fixed thereafter, so that the second hanging module 5 can be adjusted to a suitable height position on the rod 11 by the second seat 4, thereby meeting the actual usage needs of different users by adjusting the hanging height of the urine bag.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, in one embodiment of this invention, the difference from the above embodiments is that the rod 11 can be a telescopic rod or a fixed rod, and the bottom of the base 12 can be provided with a plurality of wheels 13. In this way, a telescopic rod or a fixed rod can be selected as the rod 11 as needed to meet the actual application requirements; in addition, the wheels 13 provided on the base 12 can also be used to make it easy to push the IV stand when walking.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, in one embodiment of this invention, the difference lies in that an annular groove 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the first base 2, and the first hanging module 3 is movably disposed on the annular groove 21 of the first base 2. Thus, when the IV stand is pushed, the first hanging module 3 can cause the IV drip to rotate freely (360 degrees) on the first base 2, thereby preventing the IV tubing or urine bag tubing from becoming tangled, thus meeting the needs of practical application.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, in one embodiment of this invention, the difference from the above embodiments lies in that the first hanging module 3 is provided with a first buckle portion 31, a second buckle portion 32, and a plurality of first hooks 33. The two ends of the first buckle portion 31 are respectively connected to the two ends of the second buckle portion 32, and the first hooks 33 are respectively removably provided on the first buckle portion 31 and the second buckle portion 32; wherein the two ends of the first buckle portion 31 are respectively provided with a first connecting... The second buckle portion 32 has a second connecting portion 321 and a first mating portion 312 at its two ends. The first connecting portion 311 is assembled with the second mating portion 322, and the second connecting portion 321 is assembled with the first mating portion 312, so that the first buckle portion 31 and the second buckle portion 32 are movably limited within the annular groove portion 21. The first connecting portion 311 has a first snap-fit groove 313, and the first mating portion... 312 has a first pair of slots 314, the second connecting part 321 has a second engaging slot 323, the second connecting part 322 has a second pair of slots 324, and the first pair of slots 314 corresponds to the second engaging slot 323, and the second pair of slots 324 corresponds to the first engaging slot 313. The first buckle portion 31 has a plurality of first hook slots 315, the second buckle portion 32 has a plurality of second hook slots 325, and the remaining first hooks 33 are engaged with the first hook slots 315 and the second hook slots 325 by the first engaging portion 331 respectively.

Based on the above embodiments, the first connecting part 311, the first mating part 312, the first snap-fit groove 313, the first pair of snap-fit grooves 314, the first hook grooves 315, the second connecting part 321, the second mating part 322, the second snap-fit groove 323, the second pair of snap-fit grooves 324, the second hook grooves 325, and the first engaging part 331 can achieve the effect of easy assembly of the first buckle part 31, the second buckle part 32, the first hooks 33, and the first base 2. After assembly, the first hanging module 3 is movably limited to the first base. The annular groove 21 of the first hanging module 3 allows the first hanging module 3 to rotate freely (360 degrees) on the first base 2. In use, the IV drip can be hung on the first hook 332 of any of the first hooks 33. When the IV holder is pushed, the first buckle 31 and the second buckle 32 of the first hanging module 3 can move the IV drip on the first hook 33. Because the first hanging module 3 can rotate freely in the annular groove 21 of the first base 2, the IV tubing or urine bag tubing can be prevented from becoming tangled, thus meeting the needs of practical application.

In addition, the first hooks 33 can be used simultaneously or certain first hooks 33 can be selected to hang different IV drips or related items (e.g., various medical supplies or brand names) according to actual needs, so as to take out an appropriate number of first hooks 33 according to actual needs.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, in one embodiment of this invention, the difference lies in that the second base 4 includes a base 41, a ring portion 42, a bundle tube portion 43, and a locking portion 44. The ring portion 42 is disposed at the top of the base 41, the bundle tube portion 43 is disposed at the top of the ring portion 42, and the locking portion 44 is rotatably disposed on the bundle tube portion 43. The second hanging module 5 is movable. The loop portion 42 is provided and limited by the locking portion 44. The locking portion 44 tightens or releases the binding tube portion 43 so that the second seat 4 can be fixedly mounted on the rod body 11 after movement. The binding tube portion 43 may have multiple limiting pieces 431, and each limiting piece 431 has a corresponding external thread 432. The inner edge of the locking portion 44 is provided with an internal thread 441 that locks with the external threads 432.

Based on the above embodiment, the second hanging module 5 can be movably mounted on the loop portion 42 and limited by the locking portion 44, thereby allowing the second hanging module 5 to be movably mounted on the loop portion 42 of the second seat 4. In this way, when the IV stand is pushed, the second hanging module 5 can drive the urine bag to rotate freely (360 degrees) on the second seat 4, thereby avoiding tangling of the IV tubing or urine bag tubing, thus meeting the needs of actual use.

Furthermore, the locking part 44 can be rotated according to actual usage needs, so that the internal thread 441 of the locking part 44 disengages from the external threads 432 of the bundle tube part 43, allowing the limiting pieces 431 to be released. This allows the second seat 4 to move up and down on the rod body 11, thereby moving the second hanging module 5 to a suitable height position. Then, the locking part 44 can be rotated again, so that the internal thread 441 of the locking part 44 disengages from the external threads 432 of the bundle tube part 43. The threads 432 of each tube 43 are locked in, so that each limiting piece 431 is tightened and clamped to the desired position of the rod 11. In this way, the second seat 4 can be moved to the desired position on the rod 11 and fixed thereafter. The second seat 4 can then adjust the position of the second hanging module 5 on the rod 11 to an appropriate height, so as to meet the actual needs of different users for hanging urine bags.

In addition to the above-described embodiments, in one embodiment of this invention, the difference from the above embodiments lies in that the second hanging module 5 is provided with a third buckle portion 51, a fourth buckle portion 52, and a plurality of second hooks 53. The two ends of the third buckle portion 51 are respectively connected to the two ends of the fourth buckle portion 52, and the second hooks 53 are respectively removably provided on the third buckle portion 51 and the fourth buckle portion 52; wherein the two ends of the third buckle portion 51 are respectively provided with a third set The fourth buckle portion 52 has a fourth set of connecting portions 511 and a third mating portion 512 at each end. The third set of connecting portions 511 is assembled with the fourth mating portion 522, and the fourth set of connecting portions 521 is assembled with the third mating portion 512, so that the third buckle portion 51 and the fourth buckle portion 52 are movably limited in the loop portion 42. Based on the above embodiments, the third connecting part 511, the third mating part 512, the third snap-fit groove 513, the third snap-fit groove 514, the third hook groove 515, the fourth connecting part 521, the fourth mating part 522, the fourth snap-fit groove 523, the fourth snap-fit groove 524, and the fourth hook groove 525, in cooperation with the second engaging part 531, enable the third buckle part 51, the fourth buckle part 52, the second hook 53, and the second base 4 to achieve easy assembly. After assembly, the second hanging module 5 is movably limited to the second base. The second hanging module 5 has a loop portion 42, which allows the second hanging module 5 to rotate freely (360 degrees) on the second base body 4. In use, the urine bag can be hung on the second hook portion 532 of any second hook 53. When the IV stand is pushed, the third buckle portion 51 and the fourth buckle portion 52 of the second hanging module 5 can move the urine bag on the second hook 53. Because the second hanging module 5 can rotate freely on the loop portion 42 of the second base body 4, the drip tube or urine bag tube can be prevented from getting tangled, thus meeting the needs of actual use.

In addition, the second hooks 53 can be used simultaneously or certain second hooks 53 can be selected to hang related items (such as various medical supplies or brand-name items) in addition to the urine bag, so as to take out an appropriate number of second hooks 53 according to actual needs.

Claims (15)

An IV stand includes: a support mechanism comprising a rod and a base, the rod being disposed at the top of the base; a first seat disposed at the top of the rod; a first hanging module movably disposed on the first seat; a second seat passing through the rod, the second seat being movable and fixedly disposed on the rod; and a second hanging module movably disposed on the second seat. The IV holder as described in claim 1, wherein the rod is a telescopic rod or a fixed rod; and the base has a plurality of wheels at its bottom. The IV holder as described in claim 1 has an annular groove on the outer periphery of the first base, and the first hanging module is movably disposed in the annular groove of the first base. The IV holder as described in claim 3, wherein the first hanging module is provided with a first buckle portion, a second buckle portion and a plurality of first hooks, the two ends of the first buckle portion are respectively connected to the two ends of the second buckle portion, and the first hooks are respectively removably provided on the first buckle portion and the second buckle portion. As described in claim 4, the first buckle portion has a first connecting portion and a first mating portion at each end, and the second buckle portion has a second connecting portion and a second mating portion at each end. The first connecting portion is assembled with the second mating portion, and the second connecting portion is assembled with the first mating portion, so that the first buckle portion and the second buckle portion are movably limited within the annular groove portion. The IV holder as described in claim 5, wherein the first connecting part has a first snap-fit groove, the first connecting part has a first pair of snap-fit grooves, the second connecting part has a second snap-fit groove, the second connecting part has a second pair of snap-fit grooves, and the first pair of snap-fit grooves correspond to the second snap-fit grooves, and the second pair of snap-fit grooves correspond to the first snap-fit grooves. The IV holder as described in claim 6, wherein each of the first hooks has a first engaging portion and a first hook body portion, wherein one of the first hooks engages with the first engaging portion in the first pair of slots and the second engaging slot, and the other first hook engages with the first engaging portion in the second pair of slots and the first engaging slot. The IV holder as described in claim 7, wherein the first buckle portion has a plurality of first hook slots, the second buckle portion has a plurality of second hook slots, and the remaining first hooks are respectively engaged with the first hook slots and the second hook slots by the first engaging portion. As described in claim 1, the second base includes a base, a loop portion, a bundle portion, and a locking portion. The loop portion is disposed at the top of the base, the bundle portion is disposed at the top of the loop portion, and the locking portion is rotatably disposed on the bundle portion. The second hanging module is movably disposed on the loop portion and limited by the locking portion. The locking portion tightens or releases the bundle portion so that the second base can be fixedly disposed on the rod after movement. The IV holder as described in claim 9, wherein the tubular portion has a plurality of limiting plates, each limiting plate having a corresponding external thread, and the inner edge of the locking portion is provided with an internal thread that locks with the external threads. The IV holder as described in claim 9, wherein the second hanging module is provided with a third buckle portion, a fourth buckle portion and a plurality of second hooks, the two ends of the third buckle portion being respectively connected to the two ends of the fourth buckle portion, and the second hooks being removably provided on the third buckle portion and the fourth buckle portion respectively. As described in claim 11, the IV holder has a third connecting part and a third connecting part at each end of the third buckle portion, and a fourth connecting part and a fourth connecting part at each end of the fourth buckle portion. The third connecting part is combined with the fourth connecting part, and the fourth connecting part is combined with the third connecting part, so that the third buckle portion and the fourth buckle portion are movably limited within the loop portion. The IV holder as described in claim 12, wherein the third connector has a third locking slot, the third mating connector has a third pair of locking slots, the fourth connector has a fourth locking slot, the fourth mating connector has a fourth pair of locking slots, and the third pair of locking slots corresponds to the fourth locking slot, and the fourth pair of locking slots corresponds to the third locking slot. The IV holder as described in claim 13, wherein each of the second hooks has a second engaging portion and a second hook body portion, wherein one of the second hooks engages with the third pair of slots and the fourth engaging slot via the second engaging portion, and the other second hook engages with the fourth pair of slots and the third engaging slot via the second engaging portion. The IV holder as described in claim 14, wherein the third buckle portion has a plurality of third hook slots, the fourth buckle portion has a plurality of fourth hook slots, and the remaining second hooks are respectively engaged with the third hook slots and the fourth hook slots by the second engaging portion.
